Digital printing in a roll or sheet handling system

The Domino K600i inkjet printer can be integrated into an existing roll or sheet handling system for digital printing.

The K600i prints high quality digital variable data, alphanumeric text, a variety of barcodes and 2D codes including QR code and graphics at speeds up to 200 m/min.

An optional feature is also high opacity white ink as a cost-effective alternative to screen printing, suitable for a wide range of labels and packaging applications. The Domino K600i inkjet printer offers the possibility of printing digital decorations. These include, for example, spot varnishing and digital printing similar to screen printing, which can replace screen printing and cold foiling. UV67CL ink enables a thick layer of spot varnishing or cold foiling glue. Alternatively, using Domino’s high opacity white ink, it can print anything from a heavy overlay to the detail required for 2 point text.

Wide selection of inks

Utilizing piezo inkjet technology, the K600i is available with a wide range of inks.

These include:

  • shock-resistant LED-curable and UV-curable ink,
  • water-based pigmented inks,
  • white highly pigmented ink,
  • unique UV-curable clear varnish for digital spot painting or digital glue for cold foiling applications and
  • UV97BK, a new ink suitable for indirect food contact, which does not contain ingredients prohibited in cosmetic products.

Print widths range from a single print module producing a 108 mm (4.25 in) image area to up to seven units with two print modules that can cover a print area as wide as 782 mm (30.81 in).

Practical applications include, for example, printing on labels, mailings, tags, tickets, forms and security products.

The small, smart and high quality Epson ColorWorks C4000 is now also available in Finland.

Epson ColorWorks C4000 is a four-color label printer that produces high-quality labels and stickers regardless of size and material. These label printers print high-quality and highly accurate four-color prints, and their comprehensive color management (ICC profile and spot color matching) enables the production of attractive color labels as needed. Thanks to the PrecisionCore™ print head, the maximum print resolution is 1200 x 1200 dpi.

Small and easy to use

The C4000 is a very intuitive and easy-to-use label printer. The printer’s space requirement is small, its compact size; 310 x 285 x 283 mm (Width x Depth x Height) allows it to be placed in a small space and since the materials are loaded through the front panel, no overhead space is needed. The large (2.7 inch) LCD display panel makes it easy to use. The media rolls are easy to change. The model also has an automatic cutter, which the user can easily change himself if necessary.

Easy connectivity and connections

C4000 series printers are easy to connect and integrate with existing systems. Drivers are available for ESC Label, Linux and Mac operating systems. Our new software development packages for IOS and Android enable easy and intuitive printing from a tablet. With the optional Wi-Fi adapter, you can print from anywhere and anytime. ZPLII compatible.

Durable inks

Thanks to separate pigment ink cartridges, you can create fast-drying, highly detailed labels that are moisture-resistant and won’t smudge or fade.

Glossy or matte black ink

The C4000 is tailored to your media needs and comes with either glossy or matte black ink, allowing you to create precise and sharp black text and richly colored images on a variety of media.

EFFICIENT REGIONAL MONITORING WITH SPOTTER RF RADAR SYSTEM
The ground radar effectively monitors your area and immediately reports movements at the site. SpotterRF radars are designed to monitor industrial sites, storage areas, government sites and water bodies. The system displays the movement of the object on the map and forwards the alarm information as well as directs the cameras to turn to the object automatically. The ground radar can be set to several different alarm ranges and alarm characteristics. The radar operates in terrain, city and sea.

Deployment is easy and this is the perfect control technology for both small and large areas. The radar does not give false alarms to moving objects in the target, such as trees and shrubs. Different models of radars are available.

One radar can be used to monitor, for example, the area covered by 20 thermal cameras. Works through rain and snow, as well as fog, detecting moving objects all the way to the limits of their range. Easy to connect to existing networks with PoE (Power over Ethernet) switches. Excellent for e.g. plants, substations and mobile network base stations.

The radar controls the PTZ or the speed dome camera. The camera automatically turns to a subject moving in the area. The radar directs the camera to track a moving subject. Some of the radars (UAVX) detect small drones  from an altitude of up to 550 meters
